Digitized my first LaserDisc with JVC S-VHS!
2 Attachment(s)
Hello.
I digitized my first laserdisc following the advice in the forum. I got a good result using a JVC S-VHS VCR. The comb filter is effective. Composite input and Y/C output (ATI 600 USB) Without using a VCR, I notice a rainbow effect. The player is a Pioneer Pioneer CLD-D925 (PAL/NTSC) Laserdisc PAL (UK) (Progressive Video) I applied no deinterlacing at encoding and no correction filter. Are there any LaserDisc players (PAL/NTSC) with integrated comb filter? If so, is it superior to JVC S-VHS? Two videos attached. Composite direct + JVC S-VHS pass through |
I can't look at the samples now, but congrats on a successful capture, that's always a good feeling. :)
