Remove darker double outlines next to bright areas?
 

Hello!
Does anyone have an idea how I can remove darker double outlines next to very bright objects in Video8 clips? This image disturbance seems to be caused by very high contrasts and can be found again and again in my video clips.
Attached you will find an uncompressed and a compressed example video file as well as a screenshot of the image error. In this sample video, the image error can be seen several times, each next to the flames.

Hat jemand eine Idee , wie ich dunklere Doppelkonturen neben sehr hellen Objekten in Video8 Clips entfernen kann? Diese Bildstörung scheint durch sehr hohe Kontraste ausgelöst zu werden und findet sich immer wieder in meinen Video Clips.
Im Anhang findet Ihr eine unkomprimierte und eine komprimierte Beispiel-Videodatei sowie einen Screenshot des Bildfehlers. Auf diesem Beispielvideo ist der Bildfehler mehrfach, jeweils neben den Flammen zu sehen.

Unfortunately, these artifacts are also visible when played back on another recorder. They are therefore also visible on the recordings that have not yet been deinterlaced. With DeHalo you get a little weaker, but the recording is also significantly blurrier.

Leider sind diese Artefakte auch bei Wiedergabe mit einem anderen Recorder sichtbar. Sie sind daher auch auf den noch nicht deinterlacten Aufnahmen sichtbar. Mit DeHalo werden Sie etwas schwächer, aber die Aufnahme auch deutlich unschärfer.

Sehr oft sind schlechte Aufnahmemethoden für die schlechte Qualität verantwortlich. Das Originalvideo war nicht schlecht. In solchen Situationen ist es die eigentliche "Lösung", es zu wiederholen.

By your description I was going to guess that this would be a YC delay/alignment issue, but the actual footage almost looks like it was originally that and then amplified by being a multigeneration tape where it compounded more and more with each transfer. I take it that's not the original recording you have there?
