Color after Encoding on burned DVD

I notice that after I encode, and make the DVD, when I'm watching it on TV, this hard to explain so I'll do the best I can..
Say the person is standing there, when they move, you can see a like...brief outline of their body where they were standing prior to them moving. It's kinda faint orange in color and only lasts a second or two, but it's kinda noticeable. I guess that's the best way that I can describe it..
Does that make sense? Do youu know what that could be?

This is a temporal video artifact -- often the trade-off for certain kinds of more-aggressive filtering. Sometimes it's simply the source itself, and you're only now noticing, that happens too.
