NTSC 4:1:1 un-DV filtering, Hybrid settings?

Hello,
I am currently trying to create deinterlaced .dv Proxies in Hybrid using some filtering to reconstruct the chroma in 4:2:2 ("un-dving" the chroma). Is this the correct way to go about it?

ProRes settings:
ffmpeg -y -i - -vcodec prores_ks -profile:v 2 -vtag apcn -bsf:v prores_metadata=color_primaries=smpte170m:color_tr c=bt709:colorspace=smpte170m -f mov "/private/var/folders/xs/dlqk1sn92s945t9w8332n8680000gn/T/Test unDV.mov"

Frame resizer settings are attached:

There are filters in both VirtualDub and Avisynth. My VirtualDub 1.9.x package here has filters, and the refer to Avisynth official wiki for it. I don't do this often, but I have, and it can help. Still damaged, but you hide issues. It's mostly chroma damage, lost color, offset.
