Resell for a symbolic dollar, don't eat for 2 months and buy another vcr. Or you can blurays.

This will be a toughie to answer, mainly because you've given so little information except for the model VCR you used. Nothing about capture software, settings, capture gear, source properties, capture media. The fact that you don't know how to make or post a baasic sample (photographing a video off your tv and posting to YouTube?). When your video disappears from YouTube this thread will be all but useless. It's difficult to discuss these issues when dealing without basic knowledge of video properties and methods.

Kinda tricky to know where to begin, know what I mean? How about helping us (and yourself) with a little more info.

That's not yellow. What you're seeing is pure luma, not chroma.

The TV connection is either wrong or bad, either on the TV or the VCR. It's now your job to troubleshoot, figure out which has the issue. Don't overlook swapping cables. Test everything available: s-video, SCART, composite, etc. It could even be something as simple as the wires not being pushed in well enough on the TV (but be careful pushing on the VCR).

While not probable, there is a slim chance the VCR internals itself have the issue. But I'd bet on it being a connection issue.

It has taken 25+ years but now I am seeing some Panasonic NV-FS200 with bad capacitors on the picture processing PCB's. They are dried right out. Not that it is what is wrong with yours, but strange or lacking colour is one of the symptoms. Try moving the EDIT switch. Do you see any improvement?
