Youtube no longer recognizing 960 x 720 videos as HD, is there a fix?

Followed the directions of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sn_TDa9zY1c

I export all of my VHS transfers are 960 x 720 resolution at 59fps and this has worked perfectly over the past few days for my home movies. They all play at 59fps for that nice smooth look.

Now, all of a sudden, my videos on Youtube only process for SD, no longer for HD. None of the settings or codecs have changed, I'm doing what I always do. At first I thought that the video just hadn't processed yet, but it has.

Does anybody know a workaround? I really dont want my videos looking worse than they already are by Youtube no longer categorizing them as HD or allowing the benefits that HD allows (faster fps)

Your second video is private.

I just uploaded a 960x720 59.97fps to youtube and it was uploaded as 720p60 with no problems.

Maybe you looked at the video too closely after it was uploaded? Supposedly YouTube re-encodes videos to like 10 combos of resolution, etc. for different devices. I've sometimes found it takes awhile for HD to show up as a playback resolution. And like latreche34 said, your second video is private.
