SECAM videotape conversion?
 

Hello!

I have received a lot of SECAM, post-Soviet pre-PAL recordings. What would be the best combination to convert them (to PAL?) without much quality loss.

My current workflow is:

JVC HR-DVS1/Panny NV-HS1000 -> Datavideo TBC-3000/CTB-100G -> AIW 9200 cards

My options are:

DMR-ES15, DVK-100, CDM-660, KDV-5000 + one common Samsung VCR with SECAM playback option
