Any guides on how to RIP all DVD content to use it to create a KVCD replica?

Hello, :)

Just recently I came accross a post on this forum regarding KVCDs. I had no idea that this was even possible. I have a ton of DVDs and an even bigger ton of CDRs that I've been wanting to put to use on something. Lately I've been using MakeMKV to copy my DVDs contents to hard disk. It works great from what I've seen, but the DVD menus are not included.

I'd like to extract the DVD menus and then use that along with the content from the MKV to create a KVCD with the menu from the DVD (or as close as possible to the original menus), music/sound on the KVCD menu, chapter selection (without broken up MPEG files) and Stereo sound. I'd love subtitles as well, but based on what I have read on numerous websites, subtitles can't be toggled on/off on VCDs (if there is a way, I'd like to know this as well.)

Is there a guide on how I can make this all work? Or is there someone willing to teach me this info through Teamviewer/Anydesk? Of course, I'd compensate you.

Thanks.

Just copy the entire DVD as a disc image, Use any PC DVD player to playback the image as if it is the original DVD with all the menus and special features.

I could do that, but I want to make KVCDs. I forgot to mention in the first post that I was given multiple DVD players that I want to put to use along with the ton of CDRs I have. I have DVDRs too, but I have WAY more CDRs :)

Why you want to loose quality going CD route?

It's just a project that I want to work on. I'll still have the original DVDs. :)
