How to setup capture workflow?

I bought an A+ Workflow from a staff member of this site, but I need instructions on how to set it up, connect everything properly.

I need detailed instructions please.

My computer has Firewire connections if needed.
I was told that my PC is powerful enough for the task, by Lord Smurf. He even wrote it is over kill.

The workflow includes a JVC Super VHS SR-V101US, A
FOR.A FA-125 Time Base Correction unit, and a Pennicle USB Card.

I have tried to figure it out on my own, but have not been successful. I bought some expensive, professional equipment to convert old VHS tapes of family to digital media. My mother died in 1993, and the VHS tapes hold the only images of her that survived the house fire.

If anyone can help with instructions to get the workflow set up, I would be very grateful.

A few hints on using the workflow would be wonderful, also, especially the TBC unit, and the Pennicle card.

Thank you in advance.
You help will be greatly appreciated.

SR-V101US -> S-Video cable + RCA audio stereo -> FOR.A FA-125 -> S-Video cable + RCA audio stereo -> Pinnacle capture -> USB cable -> PC running vdub for capture.

s-video cables
VCR > TBC > capture card

For the VCR, remote required, JVC LP20303, $15 range from eBay.
R3 off
calibration off
overlay/superimpose off
TBC on

TBC is dummy-proof, nothing to fiddle with. Refurb'd, rock solid unit. Ignore flashing light.

Pinnacle needs drivers, exact config depends on OS.

VirtualDub 1.9.x to capture, download from this site.

Getting gear is first hurdle (check), setup milder next hurdle (getting there), actual usage lesser hurdle. For that last step, use a practive tape, some old VHS movie, not your important home movies from mom.Save those for after the practice runs.
