YouTube encoding?

My english is bad.

Hello. I capture lossless video with VirtualDub. I use RipBoot264 in CRF 0, Sharpen 50 x264 for desentral and final encoding. Here is a capture on an NTSC VHS imported from Quebec (French Dubbing)

Using a BM card for analog was already the wrong move. I can imagine all errors started there.
