VirtualDub-1.9.11 freezes

I have downloaded VirtualDub-1.9.11 to my desktop.
OS windows 10
64 bil

Example when I choose a Device tab, and I choose my device. Which is ATI 500 USB it freezes, and I have to shut my desktop and restart my computer. Something happens when changing from different region. Like PAL to USA. Why is this happening? What can i do to fix this issue?

The ATI 600 USB drivers won’t work in windows 10. I haven’t heard of any ATI capture cards that work in windows 10.

It did work before. I was able to view the VHS video in the ATI capture from my VCR Player and it would record it. Now it's just freezes up. Which windows OS will the ATI 500 USB work? Is there any work around to get this ATI 500 USB to work in windows 10.

Im not familiar with an ATI 500 USB. I can’t find anything about it online either. I don’t think there are any ATI cards that work in windows 10. The ATI 600 USB works in windows 7.
