AIW x1900 or AIW x1800, which ATI card works in Windows 7?

Hi

Just need a little help with these 2 cards as I wish to capture Uncompressed RAW VHS AVI (75-90 GB) per hour (not the 14.7GB DV AVI)

I have a i7 2600k, 16GB Ram the PC is from 2012. running Windows 7 64bit and a R270x (2Gb) graphics card.
I have a Panasonic NV-HS960B-S (UK PAL) and Panasonic DMR-ES15 (UK PAL)

Which one of these cards will fit my PC to capture RAW VHS and work with Win 7 64bit.

ATI all-in-wonder X1900 TV tuner/graphics card or ATI ALL-IN-WONDER X1800

Do i need to remove my AMD R270x graphics card before putting these cards in or do they work in conjunction.
I know there is a list of cards provided here

I dont see these cards advertised on BayUK
or any links to a card greatly and advice really appreciated as im new to this

thanks in advance

Hi Zack82

Greetings from the Pac Norwest in US

I have the x1800 PCIE AIW card. A person needs Windows XP Home, or XP Pro for any ATI AIW card. See this link.

You can see my journey with this card here.

I have loaded reinstalled and reloaded several times still haven't got the

to display. Still a work in progress

I have a working ATI All in Wonder 9600 card in another XP pro sp2 computer.

As in my case it may be easier for you to revert an older computer to windows xp to avail yourself of available video cards there in UK.

Well more knowledgeable people will either confirm this or correct me and give you the correct information.

To repeat a previosu post and several others:
Neither of the products you mention will work in Windows 7. Windows XP Service Pack 2 or 3 is the required OS for this series of All In Wonder graphics cards.

Those items should get you going. In my own case one of my capture PC's is a DELL Pentium-4 Intel 3GHz single-core from 2004 with an AIW 9600XT Radeon AGP, XP SP2, and it works well for capture with no problems.
