Reliable alternative to TSOHost?
 

I've been with TSOHost for about 2.5 years and until recently they have been solid but over the last 6 months they've been awful. I seem to have constant problems, my speeds are up and down - they move you to a new server and it's speedy for a month or less then slows down again - and there has been issues with e-mails and downtime. Support used to be reliable but now you wait hours for a generic response and then ages for another response and phoning is a joke.

So my question is, who is a reliable London based host (actually maybe UK is fine but I'm sure I read that it's good for SEO if they are in the same city - might be nonsense)
I don't have a huge site but it needs to be reasonably speedy and above all reliable. I currently spend £49 a year for their Pro Hosting but I'm happy to spend a little more.
