Digital Access Pass not loading user list?
 

In DAP (Digital Access Pass) it's having trouble loading the user list (please wait...). It loaded fine the very first time I touched it, but not since. It's behaving the exactly the same way on both domain1.com and domain2.com. However, it seems ok on the user side (logins, access control, etc.). I found this article (the -only- article), but I don't know if it applies to us.

Also, we've been seeing what appears to be slow DB response time in the various WP admin areas, though somewhat intermittent. Sometimes it runs like a scared rabbit, other times more like a dead cat. It's affecting both of us. Could these somehow be related?

Update:
mbstring is not enabled in PHP. It just need to be add to PHP, and then recompiled. :)
