MencodeME Loading two MPEGs

how is it that i can load 2 MPEG's into mencodeME without having to merge both of them together ? the source is MPEG-2 trying to make a KSVCD ;) i've done it before but i've always had to merge the MPEG's and rename them to VOB and it would work just fine (even thought the files didn't really become VOB's  ) but i want to know if there is a way without merging them and having to go through that whole process..

You can do that using avs script and MakeAvis. This creates a fake.avi to load in MencodeMe.
