how is it that i can load 2 MPEG's into mencodeME without having to merge both of them together ? the source is MPEG-2 trying to make a KSVCD i've done it before but i've always had to merge the MPEG's and rename them to VOB and it would work just fine (even thought the files didn't really become VOB's ) but i want to know if there is a way without merging them and having to go through that whole process..

You can do that using avs script and MakeAvis. This creates a fake.avi to load in MencodeMe.
