Mpg to Kvcd using dvd2svcd?

Btw the way I'm using the kvcd plugin, I've been told that the quality degrades when converting into avi so better I do it from .mpg[/IMG]

No it do not degrade if you use a lossless codec : huffyuy.

And that is the better way to do in your case.

:?: so is there a way to use dvd2svcd(with dvd2kvcd plugin) to turn regular kvcd/svcd-->kvcd ?

Yes, you can if you have updated avisynth to 2.5.3.
The directshowsource support is now well done and prediction is possible even with mpeg1 video.
