Upsample a 22khz wav?

Is it possible to upsample a 22khz wave file to 44khz wave? |

Won't HeadAC3he do that? I've converted 22 khz wav -> 44.1khz .mp2 before with this

When I was checking the box "resample 44.1khz" as soon as I pushed "start" button in HeadAC3he it did uncheck it automatically and as a final result I've got mp2 file 32khz. I believe so it's some kind of bug in HeadAC3he or something like that. I loaded my wav file in GoldWave resample it there to 44.1khz and after that converted it with HeadAC3he to mp2 44.1khz. It works great. |
