This is why people who invent good audio compression algorithms become very rich ;).

I've found several mistakes. :) That's why I want to have edit capabilities
to that post to clear up confusions. I guess I'll have to live with it :cry:

You didn't read my post 8O. I mentioned that you can copy and paste your guide but start a new topic at the root of this forum, and make it a sticky. Then you can edit it all you want :D
After you do that, delete the original post.

@SansGrip:

Can you put FitGrip in your AviSynth directory so it will be mirrored :idea:

Im sorry to be a pain but i have this as my script

LoadPlugin("C:\Avi Stuff\MPEG2DEC.dll")
LoadPlugin("C:\Avi Stuff\LegalClip.dll")
LoadPlugin("C:\Avi Stuff\Blockbuster.dll")
LoadPlugin("C:\Avi Stuff\FluxSmooth.dll")
LoadPlugin("C:\Avi Stuff\Sampler.dll")
LoadPlugin("C:\Avi Stuff\GripFit_Preview.dll")
avisource("D:\Films\Austin.Powers.In.Goldmember.DV L.Xvid.ShareReactor.avi")
LegalClip()
GripFit (width=528, height=480, overscan=2)
Blockbuster(method=”noise”, variance=.4, seed=1)
LegalClip()
#Sampler(length=24)

And it says in tmpgenc

"Unrecognised exception"
(C:\Script.avs, line 9)

what now :)

Do you have the "GripFit_Preview.dll" in your "C:\Avi Stuff\" directory :?:

MrCoopz 01-14-2003 11:46 AM

@Kwag,

I have a sticky for Guide to convert Divx to KVCD:

http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2331

How do I delete this post and direct reply to the sticky?

@MrCoopz,

Please post your questions to the above link (sticky)

Thanks

@MrCoopz,

Your missing LegalClip.dll. Include this in your Loadplugin and see
if the error goes away :)

Once the docs are done I'll make a release, then I can add a few features for 0.2.

I also came up with a way of auto-detecting anamorphic source material: I'll modify mpeg2dec so that it sets an Avisynth "variable" that GripFit can then consult. That might be in 0.2 :).
