No no. Huffy is a codec, just like the MJPEG codec. You need to have a captured file in Huffy format in order to process it now with an .avs. That's why I asked you if you can capture some video with the Huffy codec selected.

If you want to capture with MJPEG, there are some options:

# Main Concept MJPEG codec is MUCH faster than the Morgan or PicVideo codecs

# I think ffdshow supports MJPEG, you may try to decode with it to see if the errors stop. You have the added bonus of being able to "post-process" (dering, deblock) the avi before encoding.

I have never had this Floating point error with TMPGEnc 2.5.8 or 2.5.9, I've had it a few times with 2.5.10 so I guess it's a 2.5.10 bug. It would always happened when I had something running at the same time as headac3, so now I leave TMPGENc running all alone and never got the error again.
