Which 528x480 template did you use to get the 90 minute CD ???

i ve made another 95 min kvcd, using the kvcdx3 - MPEG2 template. i live in a pal country so i use 528x576.

does that answer your question? 'cos it looks to me that your question already has the answer in it? :?

Well, you wouldn't mind if you mentioned what program application you made the VCD in? I'm also assuming it had to be in Mode2 to fit it on one CD

That explains just about everything.
