Cartoons and Notch Matrix?

Is it useful to use the notch matrix on Cartoon material (Southpark, Family guy, Futurama and so on)?
I ask because there are several other cartoon matrices floating around on the net (e.g. all numbers are 32) :?:

using the kvcd notch matrix(from Kwag) and the best script!
the results are amazing!

I would have taken the Notch matrix for Ice Age and Shrek too...
But Family Guy e.g. is a whole other type of image, isn't it (a more "flat" character)?

btw. this is the normal notch matrix? or a tweak of the current?

and in which format?
where do i have to paste it in order to work?

and:
Anything wrong here:

ConverttoYV12()
MergeChroma(blur(1.58))
MergeLuma(blur(0.05))
BlindPP()
asharp(1,1,1,true)
deen("a2d",3,9,0,0)
fluxsmooth()
WarpSharp(depth=98, blur=3, bump=98, cubic=-0.6)
Undot()
Dup(threshold=1,blend=true)

???
It seems to give a good output but a lot of moscito noise after compressing ulbr :cry:

you can enter the values writing in tmpgenc:
setting :arrow: quantize matrix and write the numbers then
save (save template) :arrow: KVCD Notch BETA-1a
and.....OK!

I also did Ice Age using Notch Matrix (and looked great), but Ice Age is more like detailed stuff. In this case we're talking about really flat stuff, which very well defined bondaries (which, if I remind well, is one of MPEG weakness). I definatelly would like to see Kwag oppinion on this one.
