Hi All,

This is the second SVHS player that i have for sale. It is a JVC HR-S9700EK PAL Player in full working condition with original remote and instruction manual.

The top of the casing has a few cosmetic scratches due to storage.

I am selling this for 300 pounds plus postage costs.

Find attached pictures.

Nice unit. There's always interest in these here in the forum. It should hopefully sell within the month. :)

For Italy would must I need a plug adaptator right?

How Is it compared to the 9850ek?

mr-vhsc 01-05-2016 04:45 AM

Yes you will most likely require a plug adaptor but they are available for cheap on Amazon.

I am not familiar with the 9850ek model but I know that the s9700ek model is a very high end and very capable and popular model.

Many (most?) JVC S-VHS machines in the later 7000/8000/9000 series have worldwide 110W~240W power supplies. So all you need is the correct plug shape adapter, and NOT any sort of power converter.

I know the HR-S7965EK does, so it would be likely that all x800+'s are the same
