What is the relevance of country for DVD media ?
 

If the manufacturer(and country of production) is key, if not defining factor, then what is the relevance, other than language, of buying for instance, from your preselected inventory from "other countries", or is the language the key, and not Zone codes for instance?

What inventory? Where? To what are your referring?
