digitalFAQ.com video conversion and restoration service?
Hi,
Could someone please tell me how to contact digitalFAQ.com about their video conversion and restoration service. I followed the instructions and answered the questions on the "Our Services" and "Contact Us" links. I also sent the email from two different ISP Email Accounts. It's been four weeks so, I figure I did something wrong. Thank you |
I can’t help you, but I can tell you that it’s probably not on your end. I’ve also been trying with 2 different email providers for the last couple weeks, so you’re not alone. I’m starting to wonder if the domain is case sensitive (@digitalFAQ.com vs @digitalfaq.com). It probably doesn’t matter but that’s all I can think of right now.

Gauth, thanks for the reply. I sent my emails to [redacted] with the subject line, "digitalFAQ.com Question" per instructions.

PM lordsmurf. He does at least some, possibly all of the work. He's really busy with other work and usually quite backlogged for capture and restoration. Be patient as he's undoubtedly one of, possiblely The Best!
Also, he's currently in an area suffering from the bad weather and may not respond for a while. http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/news...nt-status.html |
Speaking for myself, I did contact him 2 weeks ago. Probably didn’t like my tone because my tapes have been there without any progress updates, so I may have expressed a little dissatisfaction. I just figured he was ignoring me. I also can’t get a hold of Kevin, figured his email address may have changed. I’ll try to PM him.

Thanks, I'll PM lordsmurf. I hope he is safe and doing OK. It would be really nice if lordsmurf had the time to capture and restore my tapes.

We'll be replying to you soon. :)
