LG RH1777 won't power on - What can I do to fix?

I'd like to ask a question. If you can assist or advice me, I would very much appreciate it.

I have an old LG RH1777 that do not power up at all upon plugging in. What can i do to fix?
I am aware of this site http://ifndef.altervista.org/index_eng.html << :)
and previously I did manage to fix the 'Please Wait...' problems.

I'm not entirely sure it's worth the effort to repair.
Was it an LSI chipset unit? LSI, Renesas and Zoran machines are really the only ones worth repairing now.
