Another place for Panasonic AG-1980 repairs?

Now for what remains he is doing a Black Friday sale for the month of November.
Example --either send in your broken AG-1980 ---example no color in picture--lines in picture, dim display, loading issues. He can provide service starting at $265.00 or give a &95.00 trade in credit toward one of his refurbished AG-1980's that he has currently on Black Friday Nov. sale for $316.75.
I did this with an AG-1980 that I purchased from a local eBay seller in which the unit cosmetic condtion was ver good ---bit display was dimming and picture had no color and interference lines.
Within a few days, and prior phone conversations with Mr. Grant, I has a new refurb AG1980 with a fantastic--new case condition --for roughly $245 and change. I am satisfied with my unit and happy to begin toward finishing my VHS to DVD project in confidence. I also purchased an AG-1970 refurb from him as well that I am very satisfied with as well.

Also interesting that the Y/C board repair is limited to a specific part number - VEP03D51.
My 1996 vintage AG-1980 has a different part number, VEP03B70. (The separate AG-1980 capacitor thread has photos showing at least two versions of the Y/C board.)

im having a hard time figuring out the electronics parts list on the 1980 manual

im trying to get a list of the C & E capacitors on the Y/C Board
(1 big one and the 2 lil ones)

i count 37

i noticed the parts # is discontinued, whats the replacement?

do you know anything about ordering replacement capacitors?

the parts numbers in the 1980P service manual are for the OLD style board

mines the newer one

VEP03D51

so if i had the AG-5710 parts manual itd have the newer version i bet

any ideas?
