Thank you SO MUCH msgohan and Jacques--really helpful and very detailed! Worked perfectly for me.

Since I am posting 6 years after you put this up here, the Link to the EETI thread has gone bad. Looks like the company does not make video chips any longer. Never fear, the Internet Archive (formerly known as "The Wayback Machine", came to the rescue!

Future people needing the Driver can follow this path:

1. go to https://archive.org/web/

2. plug the desired URL into the search bar of the archive.org website (not the browser!). in this case http://home.eeti.com.tw/web20/driver...120209_UAC.zip

-- please note, make sure the actual web address is typed in fully, not the version with ... that shows up in this web page. If you follow the bad link to the eeti website and copy the full address from the browser address bar, you can copy the full address and paste it back into the archive.org website search bar.

3. click "Browse History"

4. there is one hit for May 21, 2012--click the date

5. the file will start downloading automatically since it was named directly in the link I searched on

that's it.

ok, ok, to make it easy, just click this link and the file will start downloading--this is the url that comes from the archive.org website after searching...
