Capture directly to FFV1/MKV with VirtualDub2?
Hi,
I just realized that it is possible to capture directly to FFV1 with VirtualDub. But it only delivers files in an AVI container. Does anyone know how to capture in a Matroska container (mkv)? Thanks in advance! Best regards, Buchsderbaum |
Virtualdub can only capture to AVI. (Couldn't find the relevant issue on the bug tracker.)
It's possible to capture to .mkv (and a host of other formats) using ffmpeg. I have no idea how well it works though. |
