Compiling VHS clips to MP4?
 

Hello, I need a video editor to process my processed VHS footage without loosing details/quality

I’ve tried
OpenShot - Outputted a compressed mess
DaVinci Resolve - Sort-of worked? It made it 16:9 and not 60fps in the output. (Anyone recommend settings?)
AviSynth - Works for trimming clips, I don’t know enough to compile clips together though

If anyone knows any recommendations - throw ‘em at me :wink2:

The AviSource commands above can also take .avs scripts if you prefer.

VideoReDo TVSuite could do it losslessly, but unfortunately its creator passed away and the company is defunct. Someone set up an activation server for existing users, but nobody can buy a new copy of it anymore.
