Nero AAC audio codec [DOWNLOAD]
 

Attached here is the Nero AAC codec, to enable audio decoding/encoding system-wide on your Windows computer. This is needed if, for example, you're trying to load an MP4 file into VirtualDub (using the VDub version found on this site, which already includes the MP4 import plugin), where the MP4 file contains H.264 video and AAC audio.

AAC = advanced audio codec, a freeware open-source audio format. (MP3 and Dolby AC3, by comparison, are commercial licensed formats)
