The important info from the auction page, translated from Swedish to English via Google Chrome...

Quote:

1) absolutely new S-VHS tape, branded
2) S-video cable, RCA cable, etc.
Provides HR-S 9600EU, perfectly functioning S-VHS, complete with: remote control, power cord, antenna cable, Scart cable, user manual. One of the latest devices before DVDs completely took over the market. This copy is in fantastic condition as shown in the pictures and it works just fine! The video recorder has the features and the outputs required by image and bruksen. It has not been used for many hours, just depending on the DVD apparatus takeover.
My response:

Get the PDF instruction manual + service manual here: http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/vide...struction.html
As long as it has the necessary features that make JVC S-VHS VCRs respected -- TBC + picture filters -- then it's fine.

Read through the manual to verify what it has :)

And then welcome to the site.
