Ninja Hawk vs 48-14 for WordPress VPS hosting?

As i m following your advices, basically I m currently stuck between two offers.Maybe you can help me.With the one as i noticed you already use them. Ninja hawk. Minimum : 2GB Ram

Diskspace : 10-15 GB

Bandwidth : 500GB
for 25$

or another which is wordpress focused and i notice also you are using on some of your site wordpress--host called 48-14.com

They offer me for their vps

20GB of space, 250GB Bandwidth space, and 2GB's of dedicated to your site

Raid 10 Array Disks
OS: Debian, Nginx w/ Varnish and CDN
CPU: 2.50 GHz
IP: 1 Dedicated IP address
Database: Percona

Can you please help me tell what its better, plus and minus..
