September 2010 Newsletter - The Digital FAQ

Most of our forum members found the site because they were (1) shopping for blank DVDs, (2) looking for DVD testing information, (3) looking for DVD case artwork templates, or (4) needed helping capturing and/or restoring video. So here's a few things that may interest you:

Lastest blank DVD sales

  • USA: Supermediastore has 48-hour sale, thru Sept 8, Verbatim 16x inkjet DVD-R, $12.50 per 50-pack, 4 packs minimum, free shipping.
  • Europe: Amazon.co.uk (£17-18), Amazon.de (€16-23) and Amazon.fr (€18-25)) always have low prices on Verbatim 100-disc packs.
  • Canada: Amazon.ca ($35) has fair prices on Verbatim. Or Blankmedia.ca ($17) for Taiyo Yuden.

New CD and DVD case Photoshop templates

This summer, we added blank CD case templates, and updated some of the DVD case templates. This fall and winter, we'll also be adding many new pre-designed cases that are easy to edit in Photoshop, yet have a professional design and style. We'd like your input on this, to decide what sort of cases we need to make for you! Just login to the forum, leave a couple of comments.
