OT: I hope that your religious vocation does not interfere with your activity in KVCD.

Congratulations.

@All
Thanks a lot guys! My girlfriend, my newborn son and I are very grateful for all your support :) .

Now, back to my questions (if you don't mind) :wink: :
1) Have anyone used DVD ReBuilder with CCE 2.70 yet? Results?
2) Which ECL version am I supposed to use, and where do I download it?

@jorel
The name Henrik in Brazil?! Really? Cool 8) :D

rds_correia 10-02-2004 05:27 PM

@audioslave,
Well I haven't tested CCE 2.70 yet so I can not comment.
I'm saving it for a couple of weeks from now.
Even because from what I've read so far changes are not that significant IMHO.
As to the name Henrik I can tell you that there is a very similar name in Portuguese that is spelled Henrique and it sounds just like your name.
Maybe that's what Jorel is talking about :)
Cheers

Thanks again dear friends! :) Wow, amazing feedback!

I have another question: Is it possible to use FreeEnc with DVDRB? If it is possible: How?

Boulder 10-03-2004 01:21 PM

Maybe..if you rename it as QuEnc.exe (or whatever the exe is) and set DVD-RB to use QuEnc for encoding.

Already tried that... I get an error message, can't recall it right now. Some setting that FreeEnc won't understand. I'd also like to know how to do this if it is possible... I can't see how though, because FreeEnc has many features that QuEnc lack, thus these settings are not available in DVD-RB... :roll:

audioslave 10-03-2004 04:11 PM

Ok, thank you for your replies....

Prodater64 10-03-2004 04:55 PM

It is possible to get the order line that DVDRB send to Quenc?

vmesquita told me exact like Boulder explain Jell, and works in my tests.
:wink:

Yes, I think VM added all those switches that actually do nothing for the one reason that QuEnc could be replaced by FreeEnc. If we knew the error message (I'm too busy to try that now myself), it would be easy to figure out the reason - or for VM to fix things in FreeEnc.

I've just bought the Star Wars box and thought I should back it up. I've ripped "Return of the Jedi" with "DVD Decrypter" but when I'm trying to load the VOBs in "DVD Rebuilder" it says the files contain "multiple angles and/or interleaved material" and aborts?!
What am I doing wrong? I have the Swedish version of the SW box (PAL)...

Hi audioslave,

Make sure you enable the "Multi Angle Processing" on the DVDDecrypter settings, and then select "Retain angle [1]" ;)

Or if DVD Decrypter doesn't work, you'll have to use the IfoEdit method. DVD Decrypter _might_ screw up the chapters. I've never had any problems with IfoEdit-removed angles.
