well I opened the complete ac3 file in goldwave and got this:

Track 1:
length 4hr 12m 23.456secs
problem part 2h 2m 21.378secs to 2h 2m 21.859secs (0.480)

Track 2:
length 4hr 12m 23.456secs
problem part 2h 2m 21.378secs to 2h 2m 21.859secs (0.480)

I'm not sure what the miloseconds in an out are for delaycut I think the 0.480 is the length of the silence/problem. Anyone know what the milloseconds in an out are as I dont know how to calculate the time frame into miloseconds which delaycut wants.

1 second is 1000 milliseconds. You'll have to cut both files twice.

1) cut one file that ranges from the beginning to 2:02:21.378

2) cut one file that ranges from 2:02:21.859 to 4:12:23.456.

Then join them in command prompt, command is copy /b cut1.ac3+cut2.ac3 fixed.ac3 .
