Yes it is. I can't use my laptop with HC just for that.

Yep, other users had requested the same . . .
After full implementation of OPV (CCE & HC) I will start coding on that.

So DVDreasy could be also just used for prediction purposes on HC.

Although I understand you point of view, DVDREasy is one click EASY tool.
People want to get the result files ready for burning (VIDEO_TS directory) or an ISO IMAGE.

DVDREasy now have 3 option :
------------------------------------
Convert - result files ready for burning in VIDEO_TS directory
Convert & Create ISO Image - Creation of ISO after conversion
Convert, Create & burn ISO Image - Creation of ISO and BURN it

Maybe I add a new option "Just Re-encoding" that generate the files ready for authoring (*.AC3/DTS, *.SUP, *.M2V)

Cheers,

DVDREasy

I think people can use vobedit. Don't worry with that.

rds_correia 05-24-2005 08:27 AM

But I thought Ifoedit and Vobedit had some serious issues on both PAL and NTSC.
I can't remember which issues but I can clearly recall there were issues.
Have they been solved?
I'm speaking against myself because I used ifoedit (for a long time) to mux my video+audio+subs and I never saw any problems.
But to keep it on safe ground I moved on to DVDAuthor.
But now it seems DVDAuthor also has some slight problems.
I was looking at Muxman as the definitive solution for the muxing but apparently the author will "hack" the freeware version for limited amount of tracks (video/audio/subs).
Since I've been away for sometime has these above assumptions been prooven wrong by anybody?
Cheers

I'd like to as for my purposes why first waiting for muxing and then demuxing using other Apps. :)

Ifoedit is now replaced by PGCEdit. Vobedit is used only for demuxing and there is no problem relating to format that I know.

I never hear of this problem . . .

It happens in GUI and BATCH or just in the GUI version ?

I donīt have any problem report on using HC in DVDREasy. (perhaps most of the users are using XP...)

Cheers,

DVDREasy

GUI for my part. I don't know for Inc. The GUI do not exactly freeze, but it never exit and if you kill it, you have to reboot the PC to proceed a second encode. Not exactly convenient :-D

@dvdreasy and all: Take a look.

There are some code in HC-Qmatic-core.bat that can help Pedro.
