2. To get vob's I used TMPG dvd author and imported to dvdlab . 2 options : 1. demuxe or use without and 2. join vobs . If I choose "1" then I couldn't insert chapters to whole movie at once cos there are 5 vobs and each one is about 25 minutes long . So to insert original chapters I have to join all vobs to one "2" and that's another 4gb and 20min's . Not so simple ?! bman |

This way I obtain a single 4GB vob that contains the whole movie. It needs only 5 minutes for that. And this way I can use option 1 of dvdlab. But as I told you you dont have to use vobs, you can use unmuxed streams. Import in the assets the mpv (video) and the ac3 (audio). Select the movie#1 under DVDlab. Drag the MPV on it. window. Now just drag the AC3 the same way ! |
@bman and Dialhot
You can also join VOBs using copy /b copy /b VTS_1_01.VOB+VTS_1_02.VOB+VTS_1_03.VOB My_big_MOVIE.vob It's very fast... :wink: |
@ vmesquita
Cool tip man . 8) Where u find all this stuff :) :wink: @Dialhot This thread is CLOSED. Finito la COMEDIA How stupid man can be ??? :oops: :oops: :oops: Whole week of efforts to solve prob , posts if forum here and there and an answer was so simple : Stupidity !!! I can't find another word :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: First to make some order in here . I've tryed AC3Fix - and it worked from command line on my original AC3 file without problems and as expected i got a message : No errors found. Dialhot , MAESTRO , u brought solution to me - To get AC3 files muxed with DVDlab I had to drag AC3 file over MOVIE1 track . It made green band on movie1 track and rest is piece of cake . Muxing and processing of vob's - no problemo :wink: :wink: :wink: At last I've got prepared whole dvd and I'm hap-p-p-y ! Thank u man again and again bman |
You can also fix ac3 files with besliced/besplit from DSP guru.
It has a nice little box that opens when you click on besliced and just drag the ac3 file onto it choose fix and boom...always works. BeSlicedv0.2.zip is what I use. You can get it at doom9 in the audio tools. |
