I have just converted an AVI film to KVCD with the script I have used dozens of times since I got my new DVD player for Christmas. After I encoded the file with TMPEGenc I ended up with a file of reasonable size. I used ToK to give me the correct CQ but didnt use it to mux the audio. Here is the ToK output:
Code:

I know the film is quite long but it has no real action/movement scenes in it and I have in fact converted an avi which was a bit longer than this at a CQ of 82 and it played with no problems (with a little overburning). So I prepared my audio and got an MP2 file of 124 MB
So 124 + 679 = 803
Giving me a final file size of 816 MB
So why does VCDeasy put out a file of 926MB? I cant figure this one out as it has never happened to me before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
