Hi all

Can anyone explain why i need the DecombLegacy.dll and not the Decomb.dll which i see many here using. I have AviSynth 2.07 and i believe Decomb.dll needs AviSynth 2.5+, so should i get AviSynth 2.5 and use Decomb.dll or just stick with DecombLegacy.dll??

Please explain someone.

Thanks.

Hi Adder,

decomblegacy.dll is for avisynth 2.07 and decomb.dll is for avisynth 2.5.
If you use avisynth 2.5, there are many filters you won't be able to use yet, because they only support avisynth 2.0x. I stick to 2.07 just because of that, until all the filters I use work with 2.5
