Hi Guys,

I have a few Mpeg1 files I want to convert to AVI DivX 5 and I wanted to know if there was a way I could use a batch mode in VDub to do this rather than have to do them one by one.

Quality is not important I just need to make a few AVI files from these Mpegs and would appreciate any info how to do this in a batch mode.

Thanks in advance.

Isn't there a job control applet in VDub? Just choose not to start the conversion immediately when you save the file, add all the jobs like this. F4 will then open the job control window.

Send a message via ICQ to incredible
avs2avi a commandline executable.
http://daveel.leffe.dnsalias.com/

So do generate your several avs scripts including each the one mpeg importing line and if needed resizing etc.

Then do generate a batch .bat script where the count of avs2avi.exe -parameter ...... commands are included.

Hi burnman99, yes you can do batch conversions in VDubMod exactly the same way Boulder suggested by ticking the box 'Don't run job now, add it to job control so I can run it in batch mode'

Again thanks for the info guys.
