Hi I am using tmpgenc 2.513.53.162 with core version 1.96.149
i have alle the pal and ntsc templates but when i load tmpgenc i only see the pal templates and they are all doubled, for every template there are 2 but i don't see the ntsc or the dvd templates, how can i fix this ?

That seams like impossible to happen.
Put all your downloaded templates in the path where you have tmpgenc installed like:
If you ha tmpgenc installed under 'c:\tmpg' then there should be a 'c:\tmpg\Template' created by tmpgenc itself.
Put all your templates in that folder.
When you start tmpgenc stop the wizzard and use the 'Load' button on the bottom of the window.
It will open 'c:\tmpg\Template' right away and you'll see all your templates, the ones that come with tmpgenc and the ones you downloaded and copied previously.
If this doesn't work, try to explain us why you say you see duplicated templates.

i found the problem, it seems that i had tmpgenc installed 2 times in different folders, and in the template folder it had a extra folder with more templates, so it was reading them double
