Hi there, last night i followed black princes guide to convert DVD to KVCD. i will be honest and say i stopped up to a certain point to use TMPGEnc to merge the files together.

I have 1 .m1v file thats is 382mb
And i have 1 .mp2 file that is 72.1mb

Now when i go to mpeg tools and simple multiplex then choose vcd non standard and put both my files together i am getting a file size in to the 900mb barrier.

I cant understand it as every other kvcd file i have has always been the m1v file + the mp2 file = the file size

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I heard this issue a lot lately, and advice I can give you is to mux with BBMPEG. Go into the BBMPEG Forum to check out the settings you need.
