seem the kvcd cause sync loss and audio cracking... picture is good, but sound need alot of fixing...

still trying alot of method and changing preference in tmpgenc..

sorry for the long delay, been busy..

well you have to use vbv of 22 and control bit of MVBR or 2pass VBR..
i prefer the MVBR as it more quicker and easy to configure the file size

it has to be both vbv 22 AND MBVR otherwise you will always get sync problem and picture distortion.. min should be 600/ select padding

try it.. (I use 160kbit and toolame.. pioneer not like 128kb much)

remember to use a bitrate calcalator to find the max bitrate..

CQ will not work with the pioneer 636

PS, just follow those step and you will get a perfect sync output, no need for demux or mux..

also when you calculate the max bitrate, add 100 to fill the cd out
