KVCD: maximum time anyone has gotten on one 80min disc?

I'm curious as to how close everyone has gotten to 120 minutes. I'm in the process of doing a 90 minute movie that I want to put on a cdr with the best quality possible. Anyone with advice or tweaks...

It was choppy in my standalone Apex 660. It may have been because the maximum bitrate was a little high for my player. But thats just a guess.

Encoding MOV to MPEG - illegal floating decimal ?

It always says illegal floating decimal when i use the template on this site. I have the QTReader.whatever but it just doesnt work. Thanks for help.
