AVI 2 VCD. It has a file called decompressor. You can open it up and try to decompress your file , and then try burning it.

You could also trying burning with Nero..

IF your file is a 778 MB Mpeg Non Standard then you can open up Nero and go in the advanced settings by closing the Wizard that pops up.
