I thought Inverse telecine should only be used...

I thought Inverse telecine should only be used with movies that were originally filmed in 23fps but were changed to 29fps. Im not sure that the series I am capturing applies.

Ok, now I encoded KDVD files, authored it using UDMF 2, and burned it to a DVD-RW. I edited the stills to show the new captures. I still have issues with it having two black borders.

Wow fast replies, great. I burned the files using nero. I have tried burning it as vcd, svcd, and raw mpeg files. All have the same results as shown in the pictures.

Anamorphic? explain please....
