TMPGEnc noise reduction filter for AVIsynth?

KVCD: fitting more than 80 minutes on my cd ?
Hi all,
I have a AFK DVD player.
It works fine with all the samples and the video i burned.
I used TMPGEnc to mpeg an episode of tv i recorded to my computer.
the episode was 20 minutes long...
