Scripting Troubles - couldn't find grip plugin?

ok i am using tok avi synth 2.5 downloaded all plugins couldnt find grip plugin , but i got a version through google. (still unsure if its the right one).
this is what the log shows ...

how to use an optimal script for an avi conversion?

Ok im new to Movie stacker and Tok. I have tried alot of the programs out there but its hard work to encode a full movie to svcd. All my movie collection is in XVID or DIVX with various audio codecs...
