Were you able to read the .avs directly with TMPEG without Vdub? I mean, did it look correct on TMPEG while encoding?
Also, are you using the btwincap drivers with your capture card?

Hi ren,
If your capture was succesful, you should be able to encode at exactly that resolution, which fits exactly the KVCDx3 size :D
I believe you're going to get sharper picture than if you had...
